what to do if you are impacted by a major weather event
In the event that you have been impacted by a hurricane, an earthquake, or wildfires, contact the Chevron Employee Emergency Line (CEEL). CEEL is offered to US employees only. After a major disaster, as soon as you feel safe and have taken care of your immediate needs, contact CEEL to report your status and location.

lost or stolen passport
While traveling, if you have lost your passport or had it stolen, contact your local embassy or consulate as soon as possible to get it replaced.
how to rebook travel
You can rebook your travel through the online CTREX portal or by calling Carson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). To rebook travel with CWT by phone, call +1-800-315-5792 and select prompt 1 followed by option 2. To get technical support from CWT, call the same number and select prompt 1 followed by option 1.
reporting lost or stolen chevron-issued devices
Report lost or stolen devices to the IT Service Desk immediately, let your supervisor know, and review Policy 570 – Security of Personnel and Assets and Policy 575 – Information Protection. Let Global Security know of the theft/loss in a timely fashion.
- Report the missing/stolen device to the Global IT Service Desk
- Notify your supervisor who can assist in getting the required GO-328 form completed
- Submit the completed GO-328 to Global Security immediately once completed
