Business travel to Panama is permitted but requires coordination with Global Security. All travelers must take the following actions:
- Consult Global Security for assistance in assessing and managing the risks associated with a proposed itinerary
- Following consultation with Global Security, company personnel can make their own travel bookings through CTREX or authorized travel agencies
- Once travel has been booked and confirmed, inform the local Chevron office and Global Security of his/her travel plans in writing
- Stay in close contact with hosts before departure and adhere to the travel advice provided before and upon arrival
- Use company-approved transportation for all business-related trips
- Travelers are advised to utilize the following company-approved transportation providers; both providers can also facilitate ground travel to other cities in the country:
